Life. The beginning and the end. For me it’s always a struggle knowing how, where or when to start. Whether it’s a story, journal, blog, ambition or goal. It seems as though we live life in a perpetual beginning and end. Everyday the sun rises. Every night the sun sets. And in between in our hearts and souls - we dream. Then amid these events - life happens.
It is to the life that I experience that I dedicate this blog. In a somewhat diary and documentary style I hope to share an adventure that has already begun and has no end in sight. Despite a few wrinkles accenting my eyes I am still young and naïve enough to believe that dreams can come true… even while the world around us seems to terrorize the thought of believing… and dreaming.
James Allen an 18th century philosopher wrote “Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your Vision is the promise of what you shall one day be. Your Ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil. The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.”
